Compensation (Vocational Rehabilitation) Services
Workbridge is contracted to ACC to provide a range of vocational assessment and vocational rehabilitation services for people throughout New Zealand. Workbridge works in partnership with other providers to supply the following services:
- Curriculum vitae - a document designed to make you more marketable to employers.
- Employment Maintenance Programme - a programme designed to ensure you achieve a successful return to your pre-injury role by delivering vocational and physical rehabilitation.
- Functional Capacity Evaluation - an evaluation designed to gauge your functional abilities, strengths, skills and capacity to perform tasks related to employment.
- Graduated Return to Work - a programme designed to assess, monitor and work with you while you gradually return to full capacity following injury.
- Initial Occupational Assessment - this assessment identifies job options based on your experience, transferable skills, training and education.
- Transitional Job Search - this service is designed to assist you into paid, permanent, sustainable employment.
- Vocational Independence Occupational Assessment - this assessment is designed to identify your suitability for occupational placement.
- Work Preparation Programme - this programme is designed to ensure that you achieve the greatest possible level of functioning through the use of vocational, activity-based and psychological interventions.
- Work Ready Programme - this programme follows the Work Preparation Programme and is designed to assist you to become work ready and to find a suitable work trial.
