About us
Workbridge is an incorporated society and a not-for-profit organisation.
In 2001 Workbridge Incorporated adopted a new constitution and a two-tiered governance structure - a Council and a Board.
Workbridge is led by the Council, which currently includes representatives from Business New Zealand, Council of Trade Unions, Human Resource Institute of New Zealand, DPA (Disabled Persons Assembly), Association of Blind Citizens, Ngati Kapo o Aotearoa and Ministry of Pacific Affairs. The Council provides leadership and vision and has overall responsibility for the way Workbridge is run.
The Workbridge Board is responsible for setting strategic direction for all financial, service and management operations of Workbridge.
Supporting the Chief Executive in service delivery and service development is a Senior Management Team based in the National Office in Wellington.
